It is a cosmic playground of possibilities for you to explore… to deepen your relationship with the present moment, yourself and others.

There will be a mix of recorded and co-created music.

Bring your musical instruments, your dancing soul and your most authentic self.

Feel free to bring a vegetarian snack to share.
Wear comfortable clothes
Take off your shoes if you desire.

You are strongly encouraged arrive. if possible, for our opening circle of discussion, intention and meditation at the beginning of the evening
