I am currently writing you from the silence and stillness of our six-acre property in Southwest Virginia. I’m hearing nothing but the sound of crickets, with my wife Annie, and my one-year-old son Joah, both sound asleep in the bedroom.
It’s in these moments where my mind is the clearest, my heart is the most open, and the cells of my body are most available to transmit the intelligence of Now.
